Excellent Travel/Car/Spare Stroller

This small stroller is fantastic for toddlers and bigger babies. This upgrades my featureless Kolcraft umbrella stroller, which only weighed 7 lbs and steered like a dream. I needed something with minimal sunshade, reasonable basket and to be mega lightweight for upcoming holiday trips times three. I got on the scales with this one and it weighed in at only 10.5 lbs, minus both the parent and child trays (had not installed those yet). The basket is huge for a small, lightweight stroller, and can actually take another 10lbs of weight. The recline feature is basic - drawstring/strap style - as are the parent and child trays. I'll probably leave the child tray off, simply for ease of loading/unloading child. Incidentally, the handlebars are 38 inches high, it's 18 inches wide and, if you take off the kiddy snack tray, it takes up virtually no space at all in your car - could easily go on the back seat, even, or possibly behind front seats or on the passenger front seat if needs be! It steers just fine - if you're a tall man, as with any umbrella/lightweight cheap stroller, this will be too short for you, however I'm 5 foot 6 inches, and it's totally doable. How many men really push the strollers anyway?!?! The 'plushness' of the seat is basic, but hey, this is a cheap stroller, and is not too much different to other umbrella/lightweight strollers. I think it will be fabulous to load and unload into the car and at the airport, too (again, great for all the mums not wanting an extra workout!). Buy one! It's a deal! By the way, I have the grey version from KMart - same stroller.
